In the heart of the Rockies, Howling Moon Sauna brings the revitalizing power of sauna culture directly to Fraser, Colorado. We deliver a unique and rejuvenating wellness experience that blends heat therapy, nature, and community.  Come visit Howling Moon for a wood-fired sauna session or a group event, perfect after whatever adventure you’ve chosen for your day in the mountains.

What to Expect?

  • The wood-fired sauna will be heated to 160-175 degrees. Relax for 10-20 minutes and rest, hydrate, repeat for 2-3 rounds as desired for your body.

  • Howling Moon Sauna is off-grid and basecamped half a mile outside of Fraser along Saint Louis Creek Road making it the perfect location for a wellness experience after your day of adventure.

  • Single Sessions and Private Group Sessions (have the whole sauna for your group!) can be booked on our Appointments page. Questions about special events? We can also come to your location. Email us at info@howlingmoonsauna.com.

  • Single sessions are $25, memberships and packages available for the frequent sauna-er.
