What to Expect?

  • The wood-fired sauna will be heated to 165-185 degrees. Relax for 10-20 minutes and rest, hydrate, repeat for 2-3 rounds as desired for your body.

  • We are often at partner locations in Winter Park and Fraser - see our homepage or Instagram for updates. When at basecamp, you’ll find us half a mile outside Fraser on Saint Louis Creek Road.

  • Join a Community Session or book a Private Session which offers expanded hours for your schedule 90 minute sessions for you and your crew. Questions about special events? Our sauna is fully mobile and can come to you. Email us at info@howlingmoonsauna.com.

  • Community sessions are $25, memberships and packages available for the frequent sauna-er.
