We love the Fraser Valley, cherish our natural world and appreciate the unique evolution that many of us experience on a quest for wellness and a rich life. Our personal transitions led us to found Howling Moon Sauna - a retreat to relax, rejuvenate and build community in nature - which is healing in it’s own right. It’s sauna for the soul.

And the name? Howling Moon is an ode to our four-legged adventure buddy. Our pack admittedly howls at the moon occasionally (sorry neighbors). Go wild!
